Few Leopard football players have ever achieved the amount of accomplishments made by senior running back Jeff Kuhn. Jeff not only proved to be Louisville's most valuable player, but was also named Stark County's M.V.P.

During his third varsity season, Jeff once again was a very versatile player. This year Jeff made a total of 158 points for the Leopards.126 being from touchdowns. He also was impressive while running 1,035 yards in his 140 rushes. He averaged 7.2 yards per rush, but his longest was 45 yards. In addition, Jeff gained 185 yards from pass receiving and averaged 26.3 yards on punt returns. On defense, Jeff performed 30 tackles and assisted in 7 others.

Though statistics are often favored in selection of M.V.P.'s this year Jeff set a prime example that other things should be considered. He gave all he had for the team and never searched for personal glory.  He truly exemplifies the meaning of good sportsmanship and proves that the Louisville Leopards are real champions!!

Everybody has great plays, what do you consider your sweetest play?

It was against Perry. We were deep in our own territory and it was 4th and 12 and I was back to punt.  I saw an opening and took off for a long gain deep into Perry’s territory. We scored a few plays later and eventually won 21-7

If you can pick one, which game was the most memorable? Why?

Against Glenoak- We were down 17-0 and came back to win.

How does it feel to have two sons playing Louisville Football? Same tradition, same field, some of the same fans..

I share the same pride that any father does that gets to watch his son(s) play on the same field in the same town that they did.

Football is more than a game…I am thankful for what  this game has taught Drew and what this game is teaching  Bryan. I am very proud of both of my boys and the men that they are turning into.
